Researchers at the University of Melbourne found that office workers can improve concentration by glancing out a window at a green roof, i.e., a roof covered in shrubbery, for 40 seconds. Fun Fact: The color green is used for night-vision goggles because the human eye is most sensitive to and able to discern the most shades of that color.

I didn’t know green was so powerful, I’m glad I do now because sage green is the color theme for my place. I have it in the living room, kitchen and bedroom. I had no plans to change it and now I know I probably won’t ever change it.
